1.Payment:

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required for orders exceeding €100 at the time of booking. For orders under €100, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.2 The balance is due seven days before collection for individual orders and within thirty days of confirmation for corporate orders.

1.3 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit.​

 

2.Order Details:

2.1 The design and flavour of your order will be finalised upon booking and cannot be altered thereafter.

2.2 Please adhere to the agreed-upon collection date and time; late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may result in restrictions on future orders.

2.3 Once payment has been made, the collection date and time cannot be changed.​

 

3.Collection and Liability:

3.1 Please park considerately in the residential collection area.

3.2 Once the cake or cupcakes leave our premises, you assume full responsibility for their condition. For care instructions, please refer to the attached guidelines or visit our website.

4.Design and Inspiration:

4.1 We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the design of your order.

4.2 We do not replicate designs but draw inspiration from the photos you provide. No two bakes are exactly the same.​

 

5.Allergens and Consumption:

5.1 Products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and sesame. We urge you to inform your guests of this risk, as we are not liable for any allergic reactions. We strongly advise against consuming our bakes if you suffer from any food allergies.

5.2 Baked items may contain sugar sprinkles that can be hard to chew; please consume with caution and avoid giving them to children under 3.

5.3 Cakes also contain dowels for support; for safety reasons, never push someone's face into the cake, as this can cause injury.

6.Additional Notes:

6.1 All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable

6.2 We are not responsible for any potential discolouration caused by coloured buttercream, as it may result in staining.

6.3 Cakes are limited to two tall candles placed on top, and please be aware that cake toppers may be flammable.
