How To Order A Custom Bake?
Here are the 7 simple steps on how we operate for custom bakes!

How to order -> Submit an Enquiry Form
Just submit an enquiry form, here on our website. You will find them on the top of your screen in " Enquiry Forms". It is so simple and straightforward to do. Please make sure you include as much detail as you can, this helps us get the perfect image of the exact bake you are looking for! Forms open on the first Friday of every month for 12 weeks. e.g May dates open on the first Friday of March
(if that date is unavailable for you to select that means its fully booked or not available, please do not waste a form by clicking any date and say different in the comments)

After submitting an enquiry form you will receive a quote within 24-48 hours(depending on the day you submit, forms submitted on a Thursday/Friday will hear from me by Monday of the next week via email. We expect a response back within 24hours or else the date of the booking is passed on. (Even if you don't wish to proceed with the order, just let us know! We have no problem understanding that you don't wish to go ahead with the order, but please respond)

Once you are happy with the final details of your order and respond back to your "Quote" email, it will then be converted to an invoice and sent to you with a link to finish your booking by making an online payment via card.

Orders costing €100 or below require payment in full. Orders over this, can be paid in two instalments €50 deposit and the remaining balance a week before collection. We do not give out our number for Revoult payments. All payments are made online via a card payment link.

Your order will then be ready for pickup at your chosen time slot and date. Please note time changes/date changes cannot be made. All collection days and times are clearly stated on the enquiry form.
