Order Safety
To ensure your cake arrives at its destination in perfect condition, it is recommended to place it on the floor of the passenger footwell or backseat floor area of your vehicle.
Avoid placing the cake on a seat or someone's lap, as this is not a level surface. Ensure your vehicle has good air conditioning to keep the buttercream cool and prevent it from softening.
Please note: Once the cake leaves us, I am not responsible for what happens on the transportation journey. Please follow the transportation instructions above along with the pdf instructions sent with your invoice.
Fresh Cream
We do not offer fresh cream cakes or cupcakes.
Allergens
Please note all our cakes contain wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, soya and are made in a kitchen which uses nut products. We don't cater for allergy free bakes however you can request we use gluten free flour in your bake, however we cant guarantee they will be gluten-free
Coloured Buttercream
When placing an order with us, please keep in mind that darker coloured frosting, such as green, blue and black, contains more concentrated colouring. This can temporarily stain teeth, mouth and digestive tract, and may also permanently stain some fabrics. By reading and agreeing to our terms and conditions upon booking, you consent to not hold us responsible for any discolouration caused by buttercream stains. Thank you for your understanding!
