How PAYMENTS Work

Amy’s Bake Away is strictly cashless. We DO NOT handle cash on site, therefore there is no exceptions to this rule.

Payments works via a secure STRIPE payment link. (we don't take revolut) You can still use your revoult card to make a payment via stripe

If orders are €100 or less you are required to pay in full. If over €100 a deposit of €50 is required and the final balance is required 7 days before your order is due for collection (14 days for two tier cake)

Once you reply to our Quote Email, that you wish to go ahead with the order, we will convert your quote to an INVOICE

You will then be sent a new email of your Invoice with a payment link. - Click the blue View Invoice button, in the email this will bring you to your customer portal.

The customer portal will allow you to see your payment schedule (if there is one) and make a deposit or pay in full.The link is live for 24 hours to make a payment, after this time your order is passed on.

Your order will then be ready for pickup at your chosen time slot and date. Please note time changes/date changes cannot be made. All collection days and times are clearly stated on the enquiry form.
