On January 19th 2024, I celebrated 1 year in business! It has been such an incredible year. I have worked we so many big brands and proudly donated many bakes to my charities that are close to me! I am so excited to see what this next year brings!!
Welcome to my little corner of the baking world! I’m just a girl navigating through grief, and baking has become my therapy. It all started when I lost my Mam at 11, and now, each bake helps me cope with the emptiness. With a B.S. and B.S. (Hons) in Baking & Pastry Arts Management from TuDublin, plus hands-on experience from various bakeries, I’m here managing my small but growing business. Some days are tough, but baking keeps me focused and moving forward. Let's create something delicious together!
